FAQ

Why is there no session fee for the End of Life package?

One of the reasons I am so passionate about pet photography is because I believe everyone deserves to have beautiful photos of their beloved pets. Unfortunately when it comes to senior animals there isn't always time to save up for a session and I don't want you to miss out on the opportunity to memorialize them forever, so I made the choice to waive the session fee entirely.

What area do you provide services in?

I am based out of Rolla, MO, but because I work on location, I can travel virtually anywhere for my clients.  If you are more than 2 hours away, there will be an additional travel fee discussed during our initial consultation.

What if my dog can't be off leash?

Not a problem! Each package comes with complimentary leash and blemish removal.

My pet needs time to warm up to new people. Will a photo shoot stress them out?

Your pets comfort and safety is my first priority and I do my best to keep the session as stress-free as possible. I am used to working with pets of all different breeds and personalities. If you are worried about how your pet will react during the session, please let me know during booking and we will plan accordingly.

Can my session take place at more than one location?

Of course! As we plan your session we can discuss location options and additional fees for more than one location. While travel time is not included, be sure to remember that each additional hour of shooting will be an additional $100.

What if my pet isn’t well-trained?

No worries! Most clients don't have perfectly trained animals and that's okay! I've worked with animals of all shapes, sizes, ages, and temperaments. Regardless of their background or level of obedience, it's always possible to create stunning and memorable images. Of course, having basic obedience skills or fun tricks can add extra flare, but it's not necessary. If you have any specific concerns be sure to let me know during booking!

How long will it take to get my photos?

An online gallery with your finished photos will be delivered with 4 weeks of your session date. Prints can take anywhere from 5-6 days to 3 weeks to arrive depending on your order.

What happens if the weather is bad?

When booking we will pick two session dates. I will be keeping a close eye on the weather and be in contact with you if the forecast predicts something that will hurt your session. In cases of inclement weather we will cancel our first scheduled date and your session will be held on the second. If we still encounter issues with the weather, I will be in contact with you to schedule a new date for your session.

How many pets can I fit in one session?

I don't impose any limits on the number of pets included in a session! Though I advise no more than two per an hour long session as I want to ensure you have the best quality photos possible of each pet and that your photography experience is fun and stress-free.
